Here's my car. I haven't been too careful about keeping it stock, but I haven't really tried to customize it, either. The classy Bondo bodywork was carried out by a previous owner who had no more resources than I have. Believe it or not, I always consider, when making changes, whether the car could be returned to stock if I make the changes.
This is a working car that has to get me to my job and back every day. For many of the fourteen years I've owned it, it also had to run a lot of errands during the workday. In all this time, it's broken down on the road only a few times, and I've always been able to fix it on the spot.
